Do I need experience to start?
You need to have placed at least a few real options trades and understand the basic mechanics. 1-on-1 coaching is not a beginner introduction to options. It is for traders who already understand the concepts but cannot translate them into a consistent, repeatable system. If you are brand new, start with the free masterclass or the 5-day email course, then apply for coaching once you have the foundation.
How much account size do I need to start selling options?
You can start selling options with as little as $2,000 using defined-risk strategies like credit spreads. Cash-secured puts on liquid ETFs typically require $5,000 to $10,000 depending on the underlying. In coaching, we work with your actual account size and build your income targets, position sizing, and strategy selection around the capital you have right now, not a theoretical future account.

Coaching includes 4 live 1-on-1 sessions of 60 minutes each. Session 1 builds your complete written trading system from scratch, specific to your account. Session 2 covers your first real trade setups using the system you built. Session 3 reviews live positions, management decisions, and rolling situations as they develop. Session 4 stress-tests your decision tree, reviews your first month of results, and locks in your process for going forward independently. Between sessions you also have access to ask questions on live positions as they develop.
