Sqilled provides digital educational programs and online training. Because our products are digital and may be delivered immediately, refunds are limited and governed by the policy below.
1. Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, digital purchases are non-returnable once access is delivered.
2. 5-Day Options Trading Challenge Refund Policy
You may request a refund for the 5-Day Options Trading Challenge under the conditions below:
Eligibility requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Attend all 5 live sessions (or meet the minimum attendance requirement stated at purchase, if applicable), and
- Complete the required homework/tasks, and
- Submit your refund request within 7 days after the program ends, and
- Provide proof of completion upon request (e.g., submitted worksheets/tasks).
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
3. Replay Access
Replays (if included for your purchase) are available for 7 days after the program ends, unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
- Failure to meet the attendance/homework requirements
- Change of mind after accessing materials
- Technical issues on the user’s side (internet/device problems)
- Violation of our Terms (including sharing/reselling content)
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@sqilled.co with:
- The email used at checkout
- The product name
- Your reason for the request
- Proof of completion (if applicable)

6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first. Unresolved chargebacks may result in revoked access to the Services.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
